What are the logistics for the High-Performing Team Indicator?

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a link to submit the names and email addresses of your team members. Once that’s completed team members will receive an invitation and a link to take part. When they have all completed the test, we will compile the report and recommendation and return it to the team leader.

How long does the quiz take?

Depending on the depth of comments received, it should take between around 15 minutes per person.

How long does it take before we receive the report?

This depends on how long it takes for the team members to respond to the invitation to submit their questions. Our system sends reminders for up to 5 days. If they haven’t responded within that time, we’ll contact the team leader and invite them to remind the participant personally.

Can I see a sample of the reports produced?

Yes. Click here for a sample of the Manager's Report (which has all the detail) and the Team Report, which is used to present the results to the team. (Note that the samples only contain one of the nine dimensions the reports cover).
